Our core idea
An island where no one serves another
We are building a place where every role matters, and every person keeps their freedom, security, and dignity.
We do not want to create a paradise island where some people live freely while others maintain that paradise through work they do not enjoy.
Such an island would not represent a new world. It would only be the old world moved into a more beautiful setting.
Our vision is different.
The island will be co-created by permanent stewards who care for the space, nature, guests, and the everyday life of the community. They will not be invisible staff or servants. They are people without whom the island could not live, and they will be respected as an essential part of it.
We do not want to abolish money. We want to abolish the situation in which a person has to sell their life simply in order to survive.
Stewards will have a quality home, food, personal income, free time, and a share in the value the island creates. Each person will take on work close to their heart, while shared and less pleasant tasks will be fairly distributed, automated, or given special value.
No one will be trapped in the community. Everyone will be free to leave without losing their security or dignity.
Guests will not come to the island as masters, either. They will come as invited people who understand that the beauty of a place exists only when we respect and preserve it together.
On this island, there will be no people who serve and people who are served.
There will be hosts, guests, stewards, and co-creators: different roles, yet equal human dignity.
This will not be a community without work. It will be a community without meaningless work, without hidden exploitation, and without the need to become someone you are not simply for money.
